(More customer reviews)Very cute item however I wouldnt have anticipated that normal size cupcake silicone inserts didnt fit in it. So you are stuck using paper inserts or nothing at all.
Some idiot designed this with a million grooves around the edge of each cupcake to fill up with batter. So you go to clean it and realize that the metal plates don't pop out. So there you stand holding it sideways over the sink trying to get the crispy batter chunks out of a million grooves.
This will find a place on the appliance shelf right next to the worthless Quesadilla press.
Cute idea, but poor design.
