(More customer reviews)Cutco makes a terrific ice cream scoop. It really does the job. If you are thinking all ice cream scoops perform the same you are in for a surprise.
I would never use anything else since I purchased this scoop. I glides right through the ice cream producing nice round mounds. The ice cream comes right off of the scoop and into bowl or cone.
It can be picked up on ebay for about $35 plus shipping. The item can also be ordered from Cutco's catalog. Just google Cutco to request catalog or use the 800# listed on the web site for customer service.
One Seller shows a price of almost $150 which is very reasonableonce you read the fine print.
The price is for the Entertainer's Set which includes the ice cream scoop, vegetable peeler, pizza cutter, and cheese knife by Cutco. And do not forget Cutco's Foerever Guarantee.
$125 for just the scoop is a ripoff though.
BUYER BE VERY AWARE!!
